And before you go on, just let me tell you something you might think helpful for thinking about what you're going to say. I get agitated easily, and the things that agitate me most are stupid comments and inability to follow rules. I won't give you hell if you don't show me you can't follow simple rules.

Rules for Posting a Character:
(1.) If you post a comment on this journal claiming a character before you post one on the rules saying you read them, you are banned.
(2.) NO posting characters who are related to actual anime characters, unless they are actual anime characters themselves.
(3.) No trying to claim real anime characters that have already been claimed. (There is a list of the the ones that have been claimed at the bottom of this journal.)
(4.) No posting "perfect characters" (Or "Mary-Sues") that you have made up yourself. They cannot be perfect in every way. That is boring and annoying. If anyone sees someone using a character like that, please report them to me.
(5.) No posting a character that has a characteristic taken by a real anime character already. (Ex. A character with the Kyuubi sealed inside of him/her or a character with an Akatsuki ring that an Akatsuki member already owns)
(6.) NO UCHIHA OR UZUMAKI OC's.

Everything that is not related to the journal or is just a "Thank you" response will be hidden. Also, when a character post is done wrong I will hide that as well so you do not copy the format and get yourself in trouble.
